TriSlider™

This multi-purpose training tool is a slide and balance trainer all in one and has been designed to be used with the Stick Mobility Training Stick or as a stand-alone training tool so you can get more out of your workouts.

The TriSlider™ has 3 main configurations

1. Slider with Balance Disc 
2. Slider without Balance Disc
3. Balance Disc with Slider

INCLUDES: Two Stick Mobility TriSlider™ Discs and two high-density Foam Balance Discs

DUAL-SIDED: Smooth plastic on one side to ensure smooth sliding across multiple surfaces and foam on the other side to train your balance. 

ENGAGE YOUR CORE: TriSlider™ Discs challenge your core and, use on your feet or with your hands. Target different areas of your core. 

HOME GYM: The ideal addition to your home gym. TriSlider™ Discs can be used with existing gym equipment and works perfectly with the Stick Mobility Training Sticks. 

SIZE: Each TriSlider™ Disc is 8.5 inches in diameter.
